Ab Workout Equipment
Ab workout equipment here are some of my favorites that will help you get in a really effective ab workout.
Exercise Ball
A Fitness Ball is a great way to get in some very effective ab workouts. You can do all kinds of crunches on the fitness ball with less strain on your body and better results.
Exercise Mat
I have the Harbinger 5/8 " thick exercise mat and love it! It's thicker than any other exercise mat I've tried so gives me more padding so that I don't get a sore back from working out on a hard surface. I've had mine for years and I have a two year old that likes to play with it. I use it for ab workouts and pilates.
Rebounder
The rebounder is a nother great piece of home workout equipment for doing abs as well as cardio or just plain family fun. You can find ideas for rebounder ab workouts here.
AB Trainer
The AB Trainer is great for doing standard crunches, but supports your head and kneck so you can get in more crunches without getting a sore neck. My baby's dad and I both love using this to get in our crunches.
The Weider 200 Power Tower is my all time favorite ab workout equipment. It's great for working out the abs and obliques. It gives you not only more defined, but also stronger and thinner abs in (from my experience) way less time than any other ab workout that I've done.
I've been doing this on and off at the gym for years. Every time I start again I wonder why I ever stopped. It's on my Christmas list this year to get one at home. This particular one also gives you the ability to do arm workouts such as pull-ups and pushups.
