Mosquito-proof stroller

I live in an area where mosquitoes can be unbearable year-round. We can't stay in the house forever so I'm looking for a jogging stroller with an insect-proof closure. I don't want to spend too much money, as I'm really just looking for a way to walk with my son and not worry about the recent surge of west nile virus in our area. Does anyone have any suggestions- I could really use some help. I'm good with a single width as well, just looking for something reasonable. Thanks.
