Pregnant Marathon

I just found out I was pregnant. I have been planning on running a full marathon in June. Up to this point I have ran 35-40 miles a week. I have not been feeling really good, and slacked for a week. This week I have tried to get back into running, and it kicks my butt. I really want to conquer my marathon. Is it okay if I try working back into it?
