Running Partners

I'm 37, and love to run--dirt trails, especially hills. I get a bit competitive, but enjoy casual runs (175 heart rate). I'd like to meet other women in my area that run (Newark, CA). I live nearby a local regional park that has a 10K run, my limit. ;)
